GIDES which became functional in October 2009 with the aim of providing educational and developmental activities to the youth has seen considerable growth in terms of registrations and activities. As far as the

Development part of GIDES is 1 concerned, a Workshop entitled “Preparing Smartly for Examinations” was conducted on 19h March 2011. The workshop was conducted by Sir Minhas Tejani, a seasoned educationist and Advisor of GIDES. Nearly 100 students from all over the city studying in Matric, Intermediate and senior levels attended the workshop. IT COURSES

The big development in GIDES activities is the initiation of CIT (Certificate in Information Technology) classes from August 2011 where 11 students are learning different courses like: Web Development, Web Designing, Search Engine Optimization, Hardware & Networking, Video Editing, MS Office, Java Applications and Android Applications.
