Br Cancer EMR(Electronic Medical Record)

CLIENT: Surgery Department, Liaquat National Hospital

This project designed and delivered a very detailed electronic Medical Records software application which is capable of capturing demographic, clinical, surgical, diagnostic and relapse data. The project was originally designed to develop the application only, but subsequently it also included archived data entry of records since 1994.
