💰 Salary Package: 216,000 – 1,200,000 PKR / Yr
⛽ Fuel Allowance: Up to 48,000 PKR / Yr

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven Sales & Community Executive to manage and convert leads through Twitch and Discord platforms. This is a performance-focused sales role for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are motivated by targets, incentives, and career growth within the Design & Animation industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage, qualify, and convert leads through chat-based sales
- Build and manage online communities on Twitch & Discord
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain professional communication with global clients
- Follow sales scripts, strategies, and KPIs.

Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Intermediate / Undergraduate
- Fresh candidates with a strong sales mindset are encouraged
- Basic computer and social media proficiency
- Strong communication and persuasian skills
- Goal-oriented, disciplined, and coachable
- Basic English Required For Chat Support

Compensation & Benefits:
- Fixed basic salary + high commission + performance bonuses + fuel allowance + attendence allowance
(Earning potential up to PKR 150,000)
- Clear KPIs with fast-track promotions and increments
- Professional sales training and mentorship
