لاڙڪاڻو پريس ڪلب ته استادن جو احتجاج:

سنڌ حڪومت پاران 725 انٽرنز کي بغير اطلاع برطرف ڪرڻ خلاف لاڙڪاڻو پريس ڪلب ته سنڌ جي انٽرنيز سبجيڪٽ اسپيشلسٽ استادن جو احتجاج۔
استادن پاران لاڙڪاڻو پريس ڪلب تي احتجاج کان پوء استادن شهيد محترم بينظير ڀٽو جي مزار تي احتجاج ڪرڻ جو اعلان ڪيو استادن پاران لاڙڪاڻي پريس ڪلب تائين ٿيندي ريلي جي صورت ۾ ڳڙهي خدابخش ڀٽو ۾ مزار اڳيان احتجاج ڪيو ۽ مطالبو ڪيو تي اڄ اسان پر امن احتجاج رڪارڊ ڪرايو آهي ٻن هفتن کان پوء مزار اندر مرڻ گهڙي تائين علامتي بک هرتال ڪئي ويندي، بحال نه ٿيڻ تائين بک هرتال جاري رهندي مظاهرين استاد
استادن ٻڌايو تي پورو سنڌ کان آيل استاد آهيو مسلسل ٻن مهينن کان پريس ڪلبن ۽ روڊن تي احتجاج ڪري رهيا آهيون اسان سان انصاف ڪيو وڃي
سنڌ جي انٽرنيز سبجيڪٽ اسپيشلسٽ استاد:
بحاليءَ لاءِ جدوجهد ۽ تعليم ۾ بھتري جو سفر...*سنڌ ۾ تعليم جي ميدان ۾ ڪيترن ئي سالن کان مسئلا ۽ لاڳاپيل چئلينجن جو سامھون رهيو آهي. سنڌ پبلڪ سروس ڪميشن جي بندش جي ڪري ڪيترائي تعليمي منصوبا ۽ استاد ڀرتيون رڪجي ويون هيون، جنهن سبب تعليم جو معيار به متاثر ٿيو. اهڙي صورتحال ۾ سنڌ هاءِ ڪورٽ جي حڪم تي هڪ غير معمولي قدم کنيو ويو ۽ سبجيڪٽ اسپيشلسٽ انٽرنيز کي اسڪولن ۾ تدريس لاءِ مقرر ڪيو ويو.

سنڌ جي سيڪنڊري اسڪولن ۾ سبجيڪٽ اسپيشلسٽ انٽرنيز جي ڀرتي هڪ اهم فيصلي طور ڏٺو ويو، ڇاڪاڻ ته ان سان نه صرف تعليمي ادارن ۾ استاد جي کوٽ پوري ٿي، پر نوجوانن لاءِ روزگار جا دروازا پڻ کليا. هنن انٽرنيز استادن تقريباً ٻه سال کان مٿي تعليم جي ميدان ۾ وڏي محنت ۽ جذبي سان ڪم ڪيو. انهن پنهنجي صلاحيتن کي استعمال ڪندي شاگردن کي معیاري تعليم فراهم ڪئي ۽ اسڪولن جي مالڪي ڪئي.

انٽرنيز استادن کي ٻه سال کان مٿي تدريسي فرض سرانجام ڏيڻ باوجود انهن کي مسلسل غير يقيني صورتحال جو سامنا رهيو. جڏھن سرڪاري سطح تي مستقل استاد مقرر ڪرڻ جي ڳالهه ٿي، تڏھن انهن انٽرنيز استادن کي نظرانداز ڪرڻ جا امڪان وڌڻ لڳا. انٽرنيز استادن ڪيترائي دفعا پنهنجي مسئلن کي اجاگر ڪيو، پر ان جي باوجود انهن جي ملازمت بابت ڪو واضع فيصلو نه ڪيو ويو.

انٽرنيز استادن جي بحاليءَ لاءِ ڪيترن ئي ڀيرا احتجاج، ڌرڻا، ۽ ميڊيا جي ذريعي پنهنجي حقن لاءِ آواز بلند ڪيو ويو. انٽرنيز استاد نه رڳو پنهنجو روزگار بچائڻ جي جنگ وڙهي رهيا آهن، پر سنڌ جي نوجوان نسل کي بھترين تعليم ڏيڻ جي عزم کي به برقرار رکيو. انٽرنيز استادن جو مطالبو آهي ته انهن کي مستقل ڪري، جيئن هو پنهنجي زندگي ۽ تعليم کي بھتر طريقي سان اڳتي وڌائي سگهن.

حڪومت کي گهرجي ته سبجيڪٽ اسپيشلسٽ انٽرنيز جي خدمت ۽ محنت کي تسليم ڪري، ۽ انهن کي مستقل ڪرڻ جا قدم کنيا وڃن، جيئن اهي استادن جي کوٽ کي پورو ڪري ۽ تعليم جي نظام کي بھتر بڻائي سگهن.

واھ سائين سردار شاھ واھ .
ھڪ ھي ڌڪ ۾ 800 سبجيڪٽ اسپيشلسٽ انٽرنيز کي / لکيل پڙھيل نوجوانن کي بيروزگار ڪري ڇڏيو ٿي اھڙي مھنگائي جي دور ۾ .
سنڌ حڪومت کي عرض آھي تہ سبجيڪٽ اسپيشلسٽ انٽرنيز کي بحال ڪري نوجوانن جي بي چيني ختم ڪري سنڌ حڪومت عقل کان ڪم وٺي تازو ۽ بنگلاديش جي حڪومت جو تختو الٽو ڪرڻ وارا بہ يونيورسٽي جا شاگرد / لکيل پڙھيل نوجوان ھي اٿاو ڪٿي ائين نہ ٿئي جو اھي نوجوان پنھنجي خاندانن سميت ڪراچي اچي توھان جو ڪرپٽ حڪومت جو تختو نہ الٽو ڪري ڇڏن .

Respectable Sir, the decision to dismiss these 800 internees from Higher Secondary Schools is deeply troubling and unacceptable. These individuals have been working tirelessly to contribute to the betterment of our educational system, often going above and beyond their duties to ensure that our students receive the quality education they deserve.

The Pakistan People's Party (PPP) has always been a beacon of hope for the people of Sindh, advocating for the upliftment of the masses through job creation and social welfare. The party's manifesto explicitly assures the provision of employment opportunities, not the termination of jobs. This sudden and sweeping decision to fire 800 hardworking internees runs counter to the very principles upon which the PPP has built its trust with the people.

The impact of this decision is twofold. First, it devastates the lives of 800 individuals who have dedicated themselves to the service of education, leaving them without employment and uncertain about their futures. Second, it threatens to disrupt the educational progress that has been made in recent years, as these internees have been instrumental in supporting teachers, managing administrative tasks, and engaging directly with students.

In view of the aforementioned concerns, I earnestly appeal to you to reconsider this decision. Retaining these internees is not only a matter of fulfilling the promises made in the PPP's manifesto but also of sustaining the progress in our education sector. Their contributions are vital, and their removal could hinder the positive trajectory that has been set in motion.
If budgetary constraints or other challenges have prompted this decision, I would urge the government to explore alternative solutions that do not involve mass firings. Perhaps a phased approach to regularizing their positions, or reallocating resources more efficiently, could be considered to ensure that these valuable contributors remain within our education system.

I trust in your leadership and your commitment to the betterment of Sindh's education system. I hope that you will take this matter under serious consideration and make a decision that aligns with the values and promises of the Pakistan People's Party.

The central committee carrying record of demands letters , appreciation certificates & vanacy position proforma moved towards Karachi to discuss the above mentioned agendas.
In order to promote academic curriculum by applying new methodology particularly how to deal with the new courses offered by an educational institution effectively to provide quality education to the students the meeting was organized by the Central Committee in Hyderabad. The manifolds points were brought into discussion pertaining to academic activities especially how to develop critical & imaginative thinking of the students.
Further, the central committee got views form all members regarding contract/ ad-hoc & salary issues.
