We are looking for an HR Manager to join and lead our Human Resources department. The manager should be able to plan, develop, implement and work as a medium between the employees and the management.
Responsibilities:
• Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process and involve in it too.
• Make sure the recruitment process should be smooth.
• Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers.
• Make sure timely process of completing the recruitment by ensuring the current and future needs of the organization are met.
• Must be able to take complex managerial decisions and is responsible for providing solutions to various recruitment & exit issues.
• Able to handle overall HR functions such as Talent Acquisition & Management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Payroll Processing, Taxation and Performance Management.
• Advertise vacancies by drafting and placing adverts on different job portals and in a range of social media, e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn etc.
• Able to scrutinize applicants’ adequacy to regulate if they meet the job requirements.
• Suggest new and effective interview procedures and techniques to get the best talent on board.
• Manage Employee Engagement, Managing Absence, Disciplinarians, Grievances and Sickness.
• Able to resolve employee relations issues through a systematic approach, using vigorous judgment and provide solution.
• Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire).
• Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
• Set objectives for the HR team and track progress.
• Help in shaping our employer brand strategy.

Requirements:
• Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
• Must be able to draft employee emails, organizational notices, letters and agreements.
• Must be able to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Keep the authorities updated.
• Must be good at negotiations and arbitrations.
• Must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM or Business Management.
