Ecommerce - Management Trainee
Blue Ocean Technology Services (BOTS) is seeking dynamic individuals who wish to make their career in ecommerce. Ideal candidate would be someone eager to quickly learn and contribute to the growth strategies of the company.
You will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of key aspects of our business, including products research, supplier sourcing, sales strategies and operations.
Selected candidates will be working as management trainees during the initial 6 month period, followed by potential placement as a permanent employee based on their performance.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Business acumen and strong negotiation skills
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Ability to dig through data, draw conclusions and make recommendations
Experience/knowledge of ecommerce or 3P marketplace ecosystem (preferred)
Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Excel
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, or similar
Fresh graduates or individuals with 6-12 months of experience may apply
JOB TYPE:
Full-time and On-site (Mon-Sat)
Candidate should be able to commute reliably to the office on daily basis
