Alsons Technology 📍 Location: Karachi
We are looking for a motivated MTO – Marketing to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning and ex*****on of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support the development of marketing content for digital and offline channels.
• Assist in managing social media platforms, including content planning, posting and engagement monitoring.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, customer preferences and market opportunities.
• Support the preparation of marketing presentations, reports, proposals and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams for marketing-related activities.
• Assist in organising and coordinating events, exhibitions, product launches and other promotional initiatives.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
• Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, digital platforms and industry developments.
• Perform other marketing-related duties and assignments as directed by the reporting manager.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience may apply.
Required Skills & Competencies:
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools will be an advantage.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with different teams.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
