Dear Clients,

We sincerely apologize to all our clients. For the past 3-4 days, our mall has been experiencing frequent power outages due to an electrical fault. This is not scheduled load shedding, and unfortunately, we have no idea when the power will be restored each time.

Because of this, our repair process has become much slower than usual. If your card repair is taking longer than expected, we sincerely apologize for the delay.

We kindly request your patience and cooperation during this time. As soon as the power issue is resolved, we will complete all pending repairs as quickly as possible.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

⚠️ Shipping Awareness for GPU Owners ⚠️

Assalamualaikum everyone,

This is an awareness post for all clients who ship their graphics cards to us from different cities.

Recently, we received a GPU from Rawalpindi to Karachi in extremely poor packaging condition. As shown in the video, the card was shipped without proper bubble wrap, thermocol protection, or any adequate cushioning material.

Unfortunately, due to mishandling during transit:

❌ The GPU shroud was severely damaged
❌ A portion of the shroud completely broke off
❌ The I/O shield was heavily bent
❌ The PCB suffered physical stress and bending

Upon inspection, we diagnosed and repaired the initial fault by replacing defective memory-side resistors. However, despite resolving the original issue, the card still failed to display or detect in the system because the PCB had been bent from the core side during shipping.

This type of physical damage can permanently affect a graphics card and, in some cases, make it beyond economical repair.

📦 Please pack your GPU properly before shipping:

✅ Use multiple layers of bubble wrap
✅ Place thermocol/thermopol sheets on both sides of the card
✅ Secure the GPU inside a sturdy box
✅ Prevent movement inside the package using foam, thermocol, or other cushioning materials
✅ Pay special attention when shipping from out of city

Thermocol sheets and bubble wrap are inexpensive and easily available at most stationery shops. A few minutes spent on proper packaging can save your GPU from severe transit damage.

Your GPU's safety starts with proper packaging. Please help us help you by ensuring your hardware is packed securely before shipment.
