Project Coordinator - IT Projects
About the Role
We are in search of a Project Coordinator to provide assistance with IT-related initiatives. The position involves the coordination of clients, consultants, vendors and internal project teams to ensure the timely deliverance of projects within budget and satisfying high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and tracking IT projects.
Act as liaison between clients, Internal project team, key stakeholders and vendors.
Prepare and maintain project documents, reports, and trackers.
Organize meetings, record minutes and follow up on actions.
Monitor risks, issues and dependencies to ensure timely escalation.
Coordinate client training, UAT and go-live activities.
Assisting PM on timely closure of project milestones, obtaining signoff, raising Invoices & payments
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business.
2–4 years of experience in project coordination (IT/Software projects preferred).
Knowledge of Utility & ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Dynamics, APEX) is an advantage.
Project management certification (CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) preferred.
Skills
Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
Excellent communication & reporting skills.
Proficiency with MS Project, Jira or similar tools.
Team player with proactive problem-solving mindset.
