We’re Hiring! Lead Generation Executive
Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM or 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift)
Industry: Software Development | Mobile Apps | Web Solutions
We’re growing our sales team and looking for a Lead Generation Executive who can proactively identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients across global markets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting, building first connections, and fueling the sales pipeline with high-quality leads.
What You’ll Do:
• Research and identify potential clients through multiple channels
• Generate and qualify leads via LinkedIn, email, calls, and online platforms
• Conduct initial outreach and discovery to understand client needs
• Schedule meetings and hand over qualified leads to the sales team
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and track lead activity
• Consistently meet or exceed lead generation targets
Who We’re Looking For:
• Experience in lead generation, SDR, or inside sales (B2B preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working night shifts and targeting international markets
• Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented professionals
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, or outbound prospecting is a plus
