SOS Children's Villages is the world's largest network of facilities that provide a very caring and comprehensive environment of love and attention to every child who is an orphan or is abandoned. It is constructed on a 5 acre land donated by the University of Sindh. This Village comprises of 15 family homes having the capacity to accommodate 10 children in each household of brothers and sisters
looked after by a mother and an aunt. The other facilities include a Computer Lab, two separate activity rooms for boys and girls, a Library, an Auditorium, an Administrative Block, a Playground and a Mosque. Currently, the Village is providing home to 95 children. Keeping in view the prolonged pandemic situation the village administration initiated home schooling which was further shaped into SOS Hermann Gmeiner Elementary School in the village premises by utilizing two non-functional houses. We are now gradually enrolling children in own school, however still some of our children are getting education from The Leadership School, Rise Up Grammar School Society Jamshoro & Rockford Cambrigde School Jamshoro.
