We've all been there. πŸ˜…

You debug for hours. You add console logs everywhere. Coffee's gone cold twice.
Then you make one small change... and suddenly everything just works. No errors. No warnings. Nothing.

And instead of celebrating, you just sit there staring at the screen thinking... "wait, why though?"

The relief is real. The confusion is even more real. And deep down you already know you're going to break it again just to figure out what actually fixed it. 😭

Unpopular opinion: If someone is selling you a "turnkey" blog that allegedly makes $10k/month... YOU are the business model. πŸ›‘

I see smart, hardworking people drop $5,000+ on platforms like Flippa, thinking they are buying a real asset. In reality? They just bought a $99 template and a fake dream. Real products take real engineering. Real traffic takes real time.

Let's settle this: Is "passive income" actually real, or is it just a marketing buzzword used to sell courses? Drop your thoughts (or your horror stories) below. πŸ‘‡ I’m reading all of them.

54% of indie SaaS products make exactly $0.

Not slow growth. Not "early days."
Zero. Forever.

I've built MVPs for founders at devMorph for years.
Here's the pattern I keep seeing on calls:

"I just need someone to build it. I'll figure out the rest."

The build was never the hard part.

A recent analysis of Stripe-verified Indie Hackers products found:
β†’ 54% earn $0
β†’ Of the ones that DO make money, ~70% stay under $1,000 MRR
β†’ The median profitable micro-SaaS sits near $4,200 MRR

That's less than 40% of a median developer's salary.
For "financial freedom."

The founders who actually make it don't obsess over stack, shipping speed, or which AI tool cuts build time 5x.

They obsess over one question before a single line of code:

Who is already paying for a worse version of this β€” and can I reach them?

I've watched clients ship gorgeous, fast, well-architected products.
Zero users. Zero revenue.

Distribution isn't the boring part of the plan.
It IS the plan.

If you're building right now β€” pause.
Not "is this technically good."
Ask: "who already wants this, and how do I find them by Friday."

Founders and builders here β€” be honest: is your real bottleneck building the thing, or finding people who'll pay for it?

People keep saying freelancing is dead.

10 days later, this amount showed up in my account.

I'm not sharing this to show off.

Honestly, it's not even a big enough amount to flex about.

I'm sharing it because:

Freelancing isn't dead.
It's just gotten harder.

And that hard work is exactly what most people aren't willing to put in.

They quit somewhere in the middle:

They stop learning.
They stop applying.
They stop following up.
They stop pushing through client conversations.

And that's why they give up.

For the people still here
Still consistent,
Still learning,
Still putting their work out there

Freelancing is just as real today as it ever was.

The only real difference:

Competition is higher now.

And only the people who keep grinding while everyone else quits actually make it through.

If you're struggling right now
That's not a sign to stop.

That's exactly the point where most people quit.

Don't be one of them.

Stop building basic To-Do apps if you want to stand out to Big Tech. πŸ›‘ Build real infrastructure instead!

Here are 3 projects that prove you actually understand scale:

1️⃣ Distributed Key-Value Store
2️⃣ Real-Time Data Pipeline
3️⃣ Event-Driven Microservices

What complex system are you building right now? Let me know below! πŸ‘‡

Your LinkedIn Profile Is Quietly Killing Your Career 😨

Your LinkedIn profile is lying about you β€” and you don't even know it 😱

Senior engineers are closing your tab before you even get a chance...

❌ Generic headline nobody remembers
❌ About section that sounds like everyone else
❌ Task list instead of real impact

You'll never know their name.
You'll never know the opportunity.
It's already gone.

βœ… Fix your profile like someone important is watching.

Because they were. πŸ‘€

Imagine building an AI so powerful...
..you decide not to release it publicly.

That's the story behind Claude Mythos.

A little-known AI project that has sparked discussions about cybersecurity, AI safety, and the future of artificial intelligence.

Would you trust an AI that finds vulnerabilities better than humans?

Most developers browse the internet normally.

Some developers use their browser like a professional toolkit.

The difference isn't talent.

It's leverage.

These are a few browser extensions that can save hours of debugging, research, and repetitive work.

Watch until the end and tell me which one you'd actually install.

Most devs are still doing things the hard way and don't even know it.
I found 3 GitHub repos that quietly fix problems you've just learned to live with β€” debugging blind, paying for AI tools that read your code, and manually clicking through repetitive browser tasks.
SigNoz gives you full observability (metrics, traces, logs) without the SaaS price tag. Tabby is a self-hosted AI coding assistant β€” same idea as Copilot, except nothing leaves your machine. And Browser-Use is the one that actually surprised me: an AI agent that controls a real browser and does the clicking for you.
None of these are new. Most devs just haven't found them yet.
Full breakdown in the reel πŸŽ₯ β€” save this before you lose it in your feed.
Which one are you trying first? πŸ‘‡
