Over the past six months, our apprentices across Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi have been part of a journey filled with learning, new experiences, challenges, and professional growth.
As they completed their Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) Apprenticeship Program, we recognized their dedication and contribution by presenting certificates as a token of appreciation for the efforts they put in throughout this journey.
For us, this program was about more than completing a six-month tenure. Our focus was to provide young professionals with an opportunity to learn, develop their skills, and gain overall exposure to working within a professional organization. It gave them the opportunity to understand workplace dynamics, collaborate with experienced teams, take on real challenges, and experience the professional environment.
We are particularly pleased that this journey has also opened doors for opportunities, and some of our apprentices transitioned into full time roles within the organization.
A special appreciation to our technical leads, and HR team Sharjeel Ahmad, Nasreen Fahim, Inara Altaf Dossani, Ahmad Ilyas for their continuous support, mentorship, and efforts in making this experience valuable.
We are proud to have been part of their journey and look forward to seeing them achieve even greater milestones ahead.
