The Japanese concept of *Kaizen* means “continuous improvement,” and it’s why Toyota went from a small textile company to the world’s top automaker. They don’t chase huge overnight changes. Instead, every employee makes tiny 1% improvements daily on the assembly line.

Compounding does the rest. A 1% improvement every day for a year makes you ∼37x better. It doesn’t matter if you start in a garage, a small town in Islamabad, or a top company in Silicon Valley. Location doesn’t compound. Consistency does.

That’s why people who “stay in the game” and keep iterating always outrun people waiting for the perfect start.
