Position Title: Operations Manager

Beyondsolutions is providing in-country support to various implementing partners in key areas of a) Project design and planning b) Monitoring and Accountability and c) Technical Assistance. These partners are implementing three programs in Pakistan focusing on key thematic area of gender-based violence, water rights and supporting brick kiln workers across three provinces of KP, Punjab and Sindh.
These ToR relate to the role of Operations Manager for this assignment. The main purpose of the role is to lead the financial management, procurement, human resource management and the management of clients’ contracts along with internal and external audits and compliance. The incumbent will be expected to work closely with the programme team and the partners to ensure that the projects are delivering in line with the required compliance standards and extend support to them through documentation and capacity building.
Key objectives / scope for the role under these ToR include:

• Act as guardian for all organisational policies and legal bindings.
• Ensure that all organizational and donor standards and systems are adhered to and devise mechanisms to ensure and verify this.
• Facilitate and oversee the external and internal financial audits/reviews
• Maintain an up to date fixed assets register and inventory lists

• Support IPs in designing/refining and implementing robust monitoring and evaluation systems and processes.

• Supports the technical teams in finalization and periodic refinement of the systems for capturing data (i.e. data collection tools and data flow/feedback mechanisms) and tracking project’s progress against the agreed outcomes
