We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business through outbound activities such as cold calling, cold emailing, and other proactive sales strategies. This role is critical in driving the growth of Wizbit by creating opportunities for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect Identification:
Research and identify potential leads using various tools and platforms.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Outbound Activities:
Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce Wizbitβs services.
Craft and send personalized cold emails to engage and convert prospects.
Utilize social selling techniques to reach and engage potential clients on platforms like LinkedIn.
Lead Qualification:
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they fit Wizbitβs offerings well.
Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
Sales Strategy Implementation:
Develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
Continuously test and optimize outreach strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on target markets and messaging.
Provide feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of outreach campaigns.
Experience:
Proven experience in a sales development or lead generation role.
Experience with cold calling, cold emailing, and other outbound sales techniques.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong research and prospecting abilities.
Proficiency with CRM software and sales enablement tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
