Job Title: Assistant Manager Human Resource

JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager in Human Resources to play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing assistance in a wide range of HR functions, including organizational development, employee benefits, policy development, recruitment, training, and legal advisory. The role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the FOREX market and the ability to drive employee engagement and satisfaction. The candidate shall be required to coordinate, facilitate, and keep a close liaison with external consultants for preparation of entire HR set up. The candidate shall have the opportunity to learn from external consultant and develop itself as a useful resource.
Job Description:
To act as organizational liaison with consultant in development of an organization and to provide assistance to supervisor in following functions including but not limited to
1. Organizational Development:
• Preparation of Organograms, defining grades and levels, and development of comprehensive job descriptions.
• Identification of key skills required for various roles and contribution to the establishment of goals, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Key Monitoring Indicators (KMIs), and career paths.
• Assistance in regular performance reviews and succession planning.
2. Employee Benefits and Appraisal Systems:
• Development and refining employee benefits and salary ranges.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of annual appraisal and promotion systems.
3. Policy Development:
• Coordinate and assist in formulation and frequently updating Human Resource policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.
• Facilitate in the formation of entire employee lifecycle, ensuring adherence to established policies from recruitment to termination.
4. Recruitment:
• Completion of interview sheets and maintenance of record.
• To provide assistance in end-to-end recruitment processes, from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
5. Employee Engagement and Conflict Resolution:
• To provide active support in development and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
• To provide assistance in addressing employee concerns, disputes, and grievances in a fair and confidential manner.
6. Training and Development:
• To assist in facilitation of workshops and training sessions.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
7. Other Assigned Tasks:
• Undertake any other task specifically assigned by the management.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Academic / Professional Qualification Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Experience A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resource/ People Management
Age Maximum 35 years on the date of advertisement.
Skills • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvement.
• Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
• Strong command on MS office and modern HR analytical tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
