We started off small with only 13 members of staff and 3 projects . With our highly talented and motivated staff, we managed to attract millions of customers in a mere two years by meeting and exceeding custome

r's expectations. Over the last two years, due to our incredible success, we've expanded our headcount by 75%. Our Success depends on our people.  Candidate will be Training & Evaluating the Batches on a weekly basis and building sales mindset, skills and spirit in them.
 Candidate will be managing the existing team and uplifting those falling behind the target.
 Candidate will be responsible for the achievement of assigned sales target and individuals.
 Candidate will be responsible to maintain data of the team regarding their number of sales, targets and attendance therefore he/she must be proficient on Ms Excel and English grammar and emails
 Candidate will be responsible for punctuality management, ethical behaviors, problem resolving and implementation of company’s rules and regulation on his/her team.
 Candidate will be responsible for motivating and training for his/her existing team on a continuous basis.
