From the moment we stepped into their vibrant workspace, we were struck by the authenticity and purpose-driven energy that defines their culture.
We were graciously welcomed by Mr. Afzal Akram, PR & Communications Manager, and Mr. Ahmed, Head of OD & HR, whose openness and insights enriched our understanding of DPL’s evolution — from a modest bedroom startup to a bold, values-led tech leader. Their commitment to nurturing a culture built on trust, autonomy, and rebellion against the status quo was not only inspiring but deeply thought-provoking. The concept of employees as “Rebels” — empowered, trusted, and aligned with purpose — challenged us to reflect on how we, too, can create more meaningful engagement within our own teams.
