ChatGPT: Handled it safely—refused to guarantee nut-free status without verifying kitchen cross-contamination first.

Claude: Stayed cautious—refused to act like a store and gave general advice on what to ask real bakeries.

Gemini: The dangerous one—completely made up a fake kitchen safety policy out of thin air! If you're using AI for customer service, default model settings can create real liabilities if you aren't careful.
