A review meeting on the Benazir Hari Card Programme was chaired by the Secretary Agriculture Supply and Prices Department, Government of Sindh, Director General Agriculture Extension Sindh, Additional Director General Agriculture Extension Sindh, Director Agriculture Extension Karachi, Director Technical Agriculture Extension, along with other senior officials and concerned stakeholders, to review the progress, implementation status and ongoing activities of the programme.
The meeting was directed by CEO XCL Technologies, Fareed Ahmed and his Technical Team provided a platform to review implementation progress, assess operational requirements and discuss measures for strengthening the digital registration and farmer data management process.

XCL Technologies undertook a large-scale institutional procurement and supply project involving the provision of computer systems, machinery, equipment, for Government Vocational School for Girls, Matli, District Badin, as well as field offices and institutes across the Larkana Region.
The project represented a significant procurement assignment, involving the sourcing, importation, logistics, transportation and supply of computer systems, along with other equipment and institutional requirements.

XCL TECHNOLOGIES | LARGE-SCALE IT PROCUREMENT
The project involved multiple stages of planning and ex*****on, including:
• International sourcing and importation of computer equipment
• Procurement of machinery and other technical equipment
• Supply of furniture and fixtures
• Procurement and coordination of associated IT peripherals and equipment
• Transportation and logistics for multiple project locations
• Coordination of equipment delivery with concerned institutions and field offices
• Organized distribution and deployment across the designated locations
• Documentation and coordination required for a large-scale institutional supply project

Managing the procurement of approximately 195 computer systems required extensive coordination, particularly due to the scale of the project and the requirement to import equipment before its distribution to the designated institutions and offices.
The project involved XCL Technologies’ procurement and logistics teams working through the complete supply cycle — from international sourcing and importation to transportation, institutional coordination and final delivery.
The assignment reflects XCL Technologies’ capability to manage large-volume technology procurement projects, including international sourcing, multi-category procurement, logistics management and distribution across multiple institutional locations.
By delivering modern computing infrastructure and related resources to vocational education institutions and field offices, the project contributed towards strengthening the digital and technical infrastructure supporting vocational education and institutional operations in Sindh.

On 14 October 2024, the Benazir Hari Card (BHC) was formally launched at the Sindh Chief Minister House, Karachi, marking a significant milestone in the Government of Sindh’s efforts to facilitate, support and empower the farming community through a structured and technology-enabled programme.

The ceremony was graced by Chairman Pakistan People’s Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, who participated in the distribution of Hari Cards among members of the farming community of Sindh.
