National Incubation Center Hyderabad is an Envisioned, Designed, and Funded by the Ministry of Information Technology & Telecom and Ignite created to serve as a catalyst for Sindh and Pakistan’s economic development. It is the sixth facility being put up by the Ministry of Information Technology & Telecommunication.

The final day of the bootcamp brought founders into the legal and investment side of building a venture, the structures, agreements, and frameworks that shape how a startup grows beyond the idea.

Sessions covered Legal Structure, Patents & Trademarks, Vesting & ESOPs, Client Service Contracts & SLAs, Term Sheets, and SAFE agreements, giving participants a practical understanding of the legal and commercial considerations that come with building and scaling a startup.

The day also featured an engaging Mentors Panel with Dr. Adnan Ashraf, Mr. Farhan Iqbal, Mr. Jahangir Ansari, Mohcin Kareem, and Dr. Sourath Mahar, bringing diverse perspectives and real-world insights into the conversations.

Four days, multiple dimensions of venture building, and one clear takeaway: a strong startup is built not only around a strong idea, but around the right structures to support it.

National Incubation Center Hyderabad (NIC Hyderabad) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Raqami Islamic Digital Bank Limited, Pakistan’s first fully Shariah-compliant digital bank.

The partnership will focus on creating opportunities for financial literacy trainings, investor readiness sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives, helping founders develop a stronger understanding of financial management, business fundamentals, and what it takes to approach investment with greater preparedness.

By connecting Raqami’s financial expertise with NIC Hyderabad’s startup ecosystem, the collaboration aims to move beyond awareness, giving founders the knowledge to understand their numbers, the confidence to engage with investors, and the foundation to make informed decisions as they scale.

The startups worked on branding and packaging improvement plans, valuation methodologies, cap tables, setting up advisory boards, and strategies for securing press coverage, covering both the business fundamentals and the visibility needed to take a venture to the next stage.

The day also featured an experienced mentors’ panel with Mr. Aakif Nazeer, Dr. Adnan Ashraf, Mr. Farhan Iqbal, Mr. Sajid Bhutto, Ms. Farah Mehboob, and Mr. Ibad Ali, giving founders the opportunity to engage, seek feedback, and gain practical perspectives across different aspects of their businesses.
