We are looking for an HR & Operations Manager to handle end-to-end HR, recruitment, payroll, and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:

* Manage attendance, payroll (Pakistan labour law), EOBI, salary slips, and employee records
* Oversee daily operations, project coordination, and smooth internal workflow
* Draft contracts, offer letters, policies, and maintain complete HR documentation
* Run full-cycle recruitment (technical & non-technical roles) and handle onboarding/off boarding
* Resolve employee grievances, manage disciplinary processes, and ensure labour law compliance
* Prepare client reports, invoices, and support client relations

Requirements:

* BBA or equivalent + practical HR/operations experience
* Strong knowledge of Pakistan labour laws, payroll, and HRMS tools
* Excellent communication, documentation, and organisational skills

Working Hours: Mon–Fri 9 AM–6 PM | Sat 10 AM–5 PM
