ZAMCELCO is currently clearing the affected utility pole. All affected fiber lines is being isolated (cut-off) or removed. Estimated restoration is within 24 hours. Restoration might take longer as fiber lines will need to be replaced.

Customers in select areas may be experiencing service interruptions due to a damaged utility pole caused by a recent fire.
Our technical team is monitoring the situation and will begin restoration once ZAMCELCO completes safety clearing and secures the pole.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to safely restore your connection.
