N&N INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS

We would like to provide our valued subscribers with the following updates regarding our network and field operations:

🔧 BRGY. CANTATO REMOTE FACILITY — RESTORED

Our Brgy. Cantato Remote Facility was successfully restored today at 5:00 PM.

However, during the major maintenance and mainline restoration conducted at the Brgy. Cantato Mainline, a fiber cut was detected around 10:00 AM today at a location before Brgy. Tenani.

🛠️ TENANI AREA — ADDITIONAL MAINLINE RESTORATION

Additional restoration work for the Brgy. Tenani area is scheduled tomorrow:

⏰ 8:00 AM – 12:00 NN

Customers in the affected area may experience no signal or intermittent internet connection during the restoration.

⚠️ BAGACAY MAINLINE — HIGH LOSS DETECTED

A high-loss issue has also been detected on the Bagacay Mainline. Our technical team will conduct the necessary checking and restoration tomorrow, August 18, 2026.

🔧 SCHEDULED REPAIR REQUESTS

The remaining scheduled repair requests from our subscribers will also be attended to by our technical teams according to the updated field schedule.

📡 SAN JOSE DE BUAN — HOME WIFI INSTALLATION

Our San Jose de Buan Home WiFi installation schedule will also resume tomorrow, August 18, 2026.
