Dear Valued Clients,

We understand the inconvenience you have been facing due to several network performance issues since August 14, 2023. We want to provide you with an update on the situation and our ongoing efforts to address the root cause.

The issues are attributed to the recurrence of a software bug on our new devices, despite our initial belief that it had been successfully resolved based on recommendations from our vendor. Unfortunately, this bug triggered again and caused a sudden surge of traffic within our infrastructure, resulting in significant packet loss.

This issue has been escalated to the highest levels both within our company and the vendor, and the vendor has in the last hour provided a possible workaround option. We are currently testing this workaround to ensure it will not generate impact when applied. We also have a scheduled software upgrade planned for the impacted devices on the upcoming weekend(August 20.) We hope that this upgrade will contribute to a more resilient and reliable network performance moving forward.
