How to solve your connection issues?

1) try to turn off your modem and turn on again

2) make sure to test on other devices and other application ( your Gadget might have some updates as well as your applications, also Check on down detector apps for those apps with problem )

3) make sure you are connected via 5G and you are near you modem when checking for speedtest (use OOKLA speedtest / fast.net for accurate results)

4) if you are connected via Lan Cable and you are having issues ( change your port / utp cable ), make sure to test also on WIFI directly to your modem.
