As a preemptive measure due to the inclement weather caused by the enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), CLASSES in ALL LEVELS (public and private) in Valenzuela City are SUSPENDED tomorrow, September 24, 2025.

📣 ORANGE RAINFALL WARNING

As of 5:00 PM today, Metro Manila, including Valenzuela City, is under ORANGE rainfall warning due to the the Low Pressure Area (LPA)/Typhoon Nando.

In line with the Automatic Class Suspension Ordinance of Valenzuela City (Ordinance No. 1175, S. 2024), IN-PERSON CLASSES in ALL LEVELS (public and private) are SUSPENDED tomorrow, September 23, 2025.

📣 CLASS SUSPENSION ADVISORY

As a preemptive measure for the possible effects of the enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), online and in-person classes for KINDER to SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL (public and private) are SUSPENDED tomorrow, July 22, 2025.

Likewise, online and in-person classes for the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela (PLV) and the Valenzuela City Technological College (ValTech) are SUSPENDED.

For private universities and colleges, the decision on class suspension shall be at the discretion of their respective school administrations.
