Upang makatulong na ma-refresh ang inyong internet connection at mapanatili ang mas stable at maaasahang serbisyo, hinihiling po namin sa lahat ng aming subscribers na magsagawa ng power restart ng inyong modem.

🔌 Pakisunod po ang mga sumusunod na hakbang:

1. I-unplug ang inyong modem mula sa saksakan.

2. Maghintay ng 2 minuto.

3. Pagkalipas ng 2 minuto, I-PLUG muli ang modem sa saksakan.

4. Maghintay ng ilang sandali hanggang tuluyang bumalik at kumonekta ang inyong internet.

⚠️ MAHALAGANG PAALALA ⚠️

MANGYARING HUWAG PINDUTIN ANG RESET BUTTON NG INYONG MODEM.

Ang pagpindot sa RESET button ay maaaring magbago o mag-erase ng configuration ng inyong modem at maaaring magdulot ng pagkawala ng internet connection.

As a result, we are unable to provide an exact estimated time of restoration at this time.
