Quick Update.
Our internet service provider has still not fixed the issues on their submarine cable partners which we are experiencing intermittent high ping that also causes low FPS on some games.

We advise not playing affected games and switch to another game that has no high ping.

ie. If Valorant has high average ping, switch to FL84 temporarily or CS:Go or vice versa.
