Paabot lang ta mahuman ang repair response sa atong mga lineman.

We sincerely apologize for the delay in repairs. We understand the needs of internet connection as part of your daily activities.

Our team is already doing technical response & repairs as soon as posible that we can, but due to several numbers of damage of Mainlines and Household lines due to Bagyong Tino we cannot commit the timeline of our works but rest assure we are doing our best.

NETWORK UPDATE as of 7:30pm, June 27, 2025

Due to a fiber cut by our uplink provider, we are presently experiencing a service interruption. The fiber line was accidentally cut off during the ongoing project to install solar street lights in Garcia Hernandez area, which caused the damage.

Unfortunately, restoration is not expected to be finished tonight and may take longer until tomorrow morning.

As our provider attempts to quickly restore connectivity, we sincerely regret the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
