It aims to cover the niche required by the national market by providing quality products while maintaining the highest degree of customer satisfaction in every aspect of operations. FORONDA started its business on SEPTEMBER 28, 1997 with the name CAGAYAN HK TRADING situated at 18 Del Rosario St. Tuguegarao City with a display area of 4X4 meter. Starting with a capital of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAN

D PESOS ONLY (130,000.00), Ronnel and his wife Olive started selling appliances through their linkages both in the Government and Private Sectors. They sold their products on installment basis at a very minimal interest rate. After about a year, their hardwork and dedication paved way to the transformation of CAGAYAN HK TRADING into a medium enterprise presently known as CAGAYAN APPLIANCE CENTER (CAC). The big time dealers of appliances discovered CAC and have offered terms for appliances. Good business relationship were built and preserved and CAC's good credit standing was established multiplying its loan exposure. The company gone through a big leap in just a short span of time. On December 18, 2009 and January 22, 2013, CAGAYAN APPLIANCE CENTER was adjudged as Finalist in two consecutive years of the NATIONAL SEARCH FOR OUTSTANDING FILIPINO RETAILERS' ASSOCIATION (PRA) and the DEPARTMENT OF TRADE AND INDUSTRY (DTI) and as REGION 02'S BEST DTI-CERTIFIED ESTABLISHMENTS - SILVER SEAL AWARD (Appliance Category). This was sponsored by the DTI. In its pursuit to fulfill its Vision and Mission, the company has expanded its business from originally selling appliances only by including FURNITURE, COMPUTERS, SEMI-INDUSTRIAL and INDUSTRIAL air conditioning units in its offered product lines. Due to the growing demand of quality appliances, CAGAYAN APPLIANCE CENTER opened its branches from CAGAYAN, ISABELA, QUIRINO and CAR area, with a total of 20 BRANCHES presently. But the quest for success by the owners does not end at expanding its business and creating job opportunities, the company aim to create more job opportunities for a better standard living thus helping build a progressive Filipino Community. Thus the company and its owner commits to achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction by giving extra-ordinary emphasis on the reflection of professional values among employees and personnel. To ensure customer satisfaction, FORONDA'S APPLIANCE SERVICE CENTER (FASC) was established to address all service requirements of both the customer and the purchased products from CAGAYAN APPLIANCE CENTER whether covered by warranty or not. Through the concerned efforts of its people and the unending support of its valued customers, CAGAYAN APPLIANCE CENTER is expected to be in the frontline of keeping pace with the fast changing time and sees itself as the leading appliance center in the future.
