There is no such thing as a perfect manufacturer or business, but what makes a shop great is how they take responsibility when clients have concerns. 🌸
Before this batch of orders, I had one order that I was rushing to ship out as soon as possible. I printed everything in one batch and unfortunately did not notice there were lines on the prints even though I always use the highest quality settings. It turned out my printer needed maintenance.
As soon as we discovered the issue, we apologized to the client and gave them a refund. I was very lucky because they were patient, kind, and understanding throughout the situation. 🤍
Since then, I’ve made it a habit to carefully check every page after printing, before cutting, and after cutting as well. Every experience teaches us how to do better for the people who trust our shop.
