God is so near that he wipes our tears away~
Today, I woke up at 3am midnight out of nowhere. Everything felt so heavy, my mind was empty but my heart says so many things that I can't even utter what are those things making my heart so heavy.
As I leaned against the wall, my eyes were staring blankly while looking the window. I was absent in mind, my tears began to fall and I just knew that I need to rest in God's presence.
There are no worship songs and instruments to play but still I can feel God's presence.
I opened my phone and check the daily verse, expecting God will spoke to me and he did.
Psalms 94:19 NIV
[19] When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought me joy.
That's when I knew God is not looking for perfection, he is indeed looking in our heart. Hindi mona kailangan magsalita pa dahil ang mahalaga para sakaniya ay 'yong paghanap mo sa presensya niya.
That heavy heart and empty mind was replaced with joy immediately, thank you Lord.
