BILLING CYCLE & SERVICE STATUS POLICY
Billing Cycle
All subscriber accounts are billed on a 30-day recurring cycle from the date of activation or latest renewal payment.
Service Disconnection
Accounts with unpaid balances beyond the due date may be subject to temporary service disconnection until payment is settled.
Service Reconnection
Once payment has been successfully posted and verified, the account will be automatically or manually reconnected based on system processing and technical availability.
Important Notes
* Payment posting may take time depending on the payment channel used.
* Customers are encouraged to settle payments on or before the due date to avoid service interruption.
