We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.

Our RFID card printing machine is currently undergoing maintenance. For those who already have a scheduled appointment for RFID processing, we can still process your information and take your photo; however, we are temporarily unable to print your RFID card.

Rest assured that we will send you a message through MS Teams as soon as your RFID card is ready for collection.

ID SCHEDULING SYSTEM

The Office of Business Affairs and Auxiliary Services (OBAAS) would like to advise all incoming first-year students that the ID Scheduling System remains closed and is not yet available for use.

Any schedules previously entered by students are considered invalid.

The ID Scheduling System will only open after the upcoming First-Year Orientation, for which the schedule will be announced soon.

Students are advised to wait for further announcements from the university regarding the opening of the system and other related updates.
