Work with an Australian Company | Creative + Admin Hybrid Role
Are you a creative designer who also enjoys staying organized and supporting a team behind the scenes? We’re looking for a talented Graphic Design & Administrative Assistant to join our team, supporting both our Lead Graphic Designer and our VEU Administration Officer.
This is a unique opportunity to combine creative design, marketing and admin support in a fast-paced, growing business.

Creative & Marketing (Primary Focus)
• Design engaging visuals for digital and print campaigns
• Create content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok)
• Assist in developing Mailchimp email templates
• Support catalogue and brochure design, including layout and proofreading
• Ensure all work aligns with GP HVAC branding guidelines
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output
Administrative Support (Secondary)
• Assist with data entry and general admin tasks
• Support day-to-day requests from the VEU Administrator
• Work with tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, and potentially NetSuite (ERP)
• Help keep operations running smoothly with ad-hoc tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Premiere Pro)
• A good eye for design, layout, and detail
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
• Comfortable balancing creative and administrative work
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Experience with social media content and email marketing (Mailchimp) is a plus
• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
