we view ourselves not just as photographers, but as memory keepers. Your milestones and family moments are incredibly precious to us.
Recently, we experienced an issue regarding missing photos for one of our clients, Miss Micah. We want to publicly take full accountability for the miscommunication and the stress this situation caused. We are very happy to share that the remaining photos have been found and safely delivered! As part of our strict commitment to safeguarding your memories, we always double-save photos on backup drives rather than deleting them, which fortunately allowed us to recover everything completely.
We deeply apologize to Miss Micah for the oversight and the trouble, and we thank her for holding us accountable so we can improve our services moving forward.
