Hello everyone,

We sincerely regret to inform you of a major internet service outage that occurred recently, which has caused significant delays and service interruptions over the past few days. We understand the inconvenience this has caused and sincerely apologize for any resulting issues. We thank you in advance for your continued patience and consideration as we ensure full system stability.

Outage reports have begun to decline, based on this screenshot from Downdetector. Amazon Web Services (AWS) also said it is now seeing “significant signs of recovery,” noting that “most requests should now be succeeding.”

As of 5:40 p.m. Monday, October 20, 2025, AWS reported that 60 services were “impacted” by the “operational issue.”

Please be informed that our internet service will be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled work by Visayan Electric Company who will be transferring their wires and posts in our area. This activity may result in a temporary disruption in power and internet connectivity in Areas Jaclupan, Camp4, Camp6, Camp7, Sudlon, Bonbon Etc.

In our best efforts to provide an excellent service to all of our users, we are planning to perform system and hardware upgrade on September 26, 2024 at 3PM. The process will take around 2-5 hours.

During the upgrade, you will experience intermittent to no internet access.

Once the upgrade is completed, you may notice a few changes in the network stability.

Sorry to inform you that we're experiencing a service outage due to an accident in Brgy. Lagtang Sitio Tigib. Cement mixer accidentally hits electrical pole and cause road accident.

Marcotel Network Maintenance Notice
June 14,2023 Wednesday 5am-10am

We will be performing system upgrades to our network router,cabinet and power backup that may impact users from 5am to 10am. All Marcotel clients may see an interuption of service lasting 3-5hrs.

We schedule our maintenance activities between 5am-10am to insure any disruption will impact the least amound of customers. We are so sorry for the inconvenience this may present.
