We are looking for a motivated, hardworking individual
to add to our dynamic, progressive and highly specialized team as:
IT Engagement Specialist
If hired, you will handle project coordination, project documentation, communication, and liaison support to our IT Operations Team with the following functions:
➢Handling and management of engagement requirements for clients and suppliers including documentations;
➢Tracking activities, meetings, and schedules for the IT Operations Team;
➢Liaising with clients and suppliers for project deliverables, and ensuring timetables are followed;
➢Executing marketing activities and external communications including manning communication channels;
➢Related reporting and coordinating IT Team logistics and deliveries; and
➢Other tasks as may be assigned.
Your work will involve the application of basic knowledge of Project Management frameworks, Reporting, Document Tracking/Filing, Logistics Coordination, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and success criteria presentations.
Applicants should:
➢ Possess excellent communication and project documentation skills;
➢ Be highly organized with the ability to manage schedules, team activities, deadlines and technical documentation requirements;
➢ Be capable of liaising between technical team members, suppliers, and customers; and
➢ Be detail-oriented and quick to learn the compliance and regulatory landscape of the industry.
Qualifications:
1. Graduate of:
• BS Information Technology
• BS Business Administration / Management
• BS Industrial Engineering
• BS Electronics Engineering
• BS Computer Engineering
• or any related course
2. At least 1 year related work experience;
3. Able to work independently or with a team; and
4. In good health.
