Position: UX Research Recruitment Coordinator
Site: BGC, Taguig or Vertis North, QC.

Qualifications:
- Completed 2 years in college in any field without back subjects
• At least 18 – 36 months' work experience, preferably in an applied research setting (supporting data collection from participants or customer-facing work in the technology industry).
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to handle difficult conversations.
• Must be well-versed in relationship management (between researchers and participants).
• Must have excellent analytical and organizational skills, high attention to detail, and be able to work on multiple projects at once with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge or experience with G-Suite. Experience in handling large datasets in spreadsheets is a definite advantage.
• Applicants must be willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig or Vertis North, Quezon City.
• Amenable to work on graveyard shift schedule.
