We are rebranding and changing our focus at ihatecomputer.com as Business Consultants that serves not only private corporations but also government organizations, while we still leverage of being a software company which also sell productivity tools, gadgets, computer peripherals, business/consumer software and devices on the side.
So, no more bias on brands or technologies just plain old brutally direct and practical consulting
which we call "ZERO-Based Thinking" consulting approach, we know you've never heard about that approach before,
because we coined that term ourselves just to sound cool :)
its unpopular yet but the objectives and logic behind it are simple, direct, efficient and practical
"ZERO-BASED THINKING"
It's the decision making and business operations design process by asking ourselves now,
knowing what we know now,
if we are given a chance to start over again,
learning from our own and other experiences.
Will we still do the same things over again?

Let's brainstorm via zoom call, we listen, we sign NDA if you are so protective of your organizational processes and trade secrets of course that's respected and understandable (we recommend it btw).
DURING THE CALL, we may suggest quick fix solutions for FREE if it's that easy that you can implement yourselves,
if we can't help solving it ourselves rest assured, we will be very direct and honest not to waste your time will say "we can't help on that sorry", or at the very least bring in more people or organization smarter than us who can better help you.
AFTER THE CALL, we take serious time to formally prepare and propose a solution including detailed project plans how we can address the challenges, retool and automate, implement software if we have to (not always), integrate existing solutions, improve what you currently have or replace what you have, improve processes and the likes ~anything under the sun.
YOU DECIDE, upon receiving the formal proposal later, you have to decide GO or NO GO, if it’s a GO, then we implement the project with you. If it’s a NO, rest assured no hurt feelings we part ways or revisit it again later on whenever you are ready.
