🎥 NEW VLOG: Fixing a Blue Screen Loop + Missing Boot Error! 💻💥

Ever encountered a laptop that kept giving you a MEMORY_MANAGEMENT blue screen, followed by a scary "BOOTMGR is missing" error? 😱In this case study, a client brought in a Samsung RC418 laptop that wouldn’t boot up.

When we ran a quick check through the Windows Command Prompt, it said the drive status was "OK." But we didn't stop there! 🔍Using our specialized diagnostic toolkit (Sergei Strelec WinPE), we uncovered the real culprit: the internal Kingston SSD was flagged at 9% Health due to a severe firmware/controller logic glitch—even though it was only 2 years old and nowhere near its physical lifespan limit! 🛠️
What we did:
✅ Safely extracted and backed up the client’s vital files.
✅ Bypassed legacy motherboard conflicts and formatted the SSD.
✅ Successfully clean-installed Windows using advanced extraction tools.

Now the laptop is running smoothly, lightning-fast, and completely error-free! 🚀

📺 Watch the full repair breakdown below to see exactly how we handled this tricky hardware-software mismatch!

💻 Every laptop has a story. This one helps build the future.

Sometimes, a repair isn't just about fixing a computer. It's about restoring the machine that keeps a business moving.

A few days ago, an Engineering CEO traveled all the way from Batangas to Taguig to personally entrust his laptop to Poyyy I.T Solutions and Digital Services.

That wasn't just another repair job.

This laptop was the backbone of his daily operations, handling engineering design, BIM modeling, structural design, permit documentation, rendering, and demanding applications such as AutoCAD, alongside intensive workloads through OBS and LIV. Every project, every blueprint, and every presentation depended on this machine.

Unfortunately, years of continuous heavy usage had taken their toll.

Dust clogged the cooling system, the thermal paste had dried out, internal temperatures peaked at 96°C, and eventually the SSD failed, leaving the laptop completely unable to boot.

Instead of replacing it, he placed his trust in me.

🛠️ Complete Service Performed

✅ SSD Upgrade
✅ Complete Deep Cleaning
✅ Premium Thermal Re-pasting
✅ Fresh Windows 11 Pro Installation
✅ Windows 11 Pro Fully Activated
✅ Latest Drivers Installed and Fully Updated
✅ Microsoft 365 Installed & Activated
✅ Essential Software Configuration
✅ Dota 2 Installation & Optimization

📈 The Results

🌡️ Idle Temperature
96°C ➜ 53°C

🔥 Heavy Rendering Load
Now operating between 61°C to 85°C, providing significantly improved thermal performance and eliminating severe thermal throttling.

🎮 Gaming Performance
Dota 2 now reaches up to 119 FPS, proving that proper maintenance and optimization can breathe new life into a machine built for demanding workloads.

This wasn't simply an SSD replacement or a fresh Windows installation.

It was about restoring the reliability of a laptop that supports engineering projects, client presentations, and the day-to-day operations of a growing business.

When someone chooses to drive from Batangas to Taguig just to leave their laptop in your hands, they're not simply looking for a technician.

They're placing their trust in someone to take care of one of the most important tools they own.

That trust is something I'll never take for granted.

Thank you for choosing Poyyy I.T Solutions and Digital Services. It was an honor to bring your workstation back to peak condition.
