2️⃣ STARTING JANUARY 2027 — ₱100 RECONNECTION FEE

• Payments made AFTER THE GRACE PERIOD will be subject to a ₱100 Reconnection/Inconvenience Fee.

• Avoid the ₱100 fee: Please settle your Internet payment on or before the grace period.

3️⃣ STARTING JANUARY 2027 — NO CASH PAYMENTS

• Our office will NO LONGER ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS for Internet bills.

• Please pay directly through our OFFICIAL PAYMENT PORTAL for faster and more convenient processing.

• Need assistance? Our team and office staff can assist you with your Internet payment.

4️⃣ PAYMENT POSTING / REFLECTING

• Payments may take 15 MINUTES UP TO 48 HOURS MAXIMUM to reflect in our system.

• Payment posting time may vary depending on the payment method and processing.

If someone approaches you, sends you a message, or claims to be an authorized D&D Internet collector and asks you to send payment to a personal GCash number, personal account, or any payment channel outside our official payment portal, please DO NOT SEND PAYMENT.
