PH MARKETPLACE & COLLECTION MANAGER

🔍 AI Card Scanner — Deep CNN Training in Progress

The biggest ongoing project right now is our multi-phase CNN card recognition engine. This isn't a simple "match the picture" system — we've built a deep pipeline that processes each scan through up to 5 progressive phases, each going deeper than the last:

Phase 1 — Game Recognition — What game is this card from? MTG, Pokémon, One Piece, Flesh and Blood, Lorcana?

Phase 2 — Color & Frame Analysis — Card border colors, frame style, finish type, foil patterns

Phase 3 — Image/Artwork Recognition — Deep visual fingerprinting of the card artwork using convolutional layers

Phase 4 — Text & Layout Recognition — Set symbol, collector number, card name region, footer structure

Phase 5 — Fine-Grained Match — Cross-referencing all signals together for the final high-confidence card ID

Hey everyone! It's been a busy two weeks in the lab — here's what we've been building behind the scenes. 👇

🏗️ Platform Infrastructure — Foundation Complete

We've finished the entire core foundation layer:

✅ User Types — COLLECTOR / BUYER / SELLER are now fully wired in the database. Every feature going forward respects these roles.

✅ KYC Verification Wizard — 3-step identity verification flow

(Type → Document Upload → Review & Submit). Sellers are locked out of selling features until KYC is approved. GDPR-compliant document handling.

✅ Dashboard Split — Separate views for buyers and sellers, unified navigation, no more duplicate menu items.

✅ Topbar Search — Cardmarket-style typeahead search with game-scoped results. Type a card name, get instant results with set, number, and card type.

✅ Admin: Currency & Region Management — Admins can enable/disable marketplace regions per country, assign currencies, set FX-rate overrides, and configure subscription pricing per region.
