I took some inspiration when I was fiddling around with my Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML 4GB/64GB. (Yes the old Intel Atom Asus phones, I still have one that I use as a music player)

The tweaks were the following:
Audiowizard - Music Mode then disable dialog enhancement as this causes sibilance and distortions.

Hiby Music Player app - I used this music player as this gave me good results on this phone and on a Samsung A5 2017 which has the sibilance issue. On both phones, Hiby app solved most of the sibilance and distortion issues.

Now for the Windows version of Realtek (PC/Laptop through speakers):

Sample unit is an Asus X555LB laptop with a Realtek DAC set to 16 bit 48khz on Windows Audio.

Audiowizard - Game mode or Music mode depending on your speakers and preference.

Realtek Environment - Padded Cell, this sorts a lot of issues from the Audiowizard.

Windows Sonic - Turn this off as this causes sibilance with AudioWizard.

When using headphones/earphones, I just turn off Audiowizard and Realtek Environment settings then turn on Windows Sonic.
