📣 Vianet with it's new management team is looking for a new bookkeeper and an accountant.

📍Bookkeeper responsibilities:
1. Recording day-to-day financial transactions and completing the posting process.
2. Reconciling sales taxes, payroll taxes, and bank accounts at the end of each month.
3. Monitoring financial transactions and reports.
4. Processing accounts receivable and payable.
5. Processing checks.
6. Understanding ledgers.
7. Working with an accountant when necessary.
8. Handling monthly payroll using accounting software.

📝Requirements:
1. NBI
2. Atleast 2 government-issued IDs.
3. Associate's degree in accounting or business administration. Excellent knowledge of general accounting principles.
4. High school diploma
5. Knowledge of bookkeeping software.
6. At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably within a business-services environment.
7. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
8. Attention to detail and accuracy of work.
9.Experience with accounting softwares.
10. Able to prepare, review and understand a financial statement.

📍Accountant responsibilities:
1.Manage all accounting transactions.
2.Prepare budget forecasts.
3.Publish financial statements on time.
4.Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
5.Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
6.Ensure timely bank payments.
7.Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
8.Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
9.Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
10.Audit financial transactions and documents.
11.Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
12. Comply with financial policies and regulations.

📝Requirements:
1. NBI
2. Atleast 2 government-issued IDs.
3. Atleast 1 year work experience as CPA.
4. Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
5. Hands-on experience with accounting software.
6.Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
7. Experience with general ledger functions.
8. Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
