Red Circle Global aligns for institutional capital, establishes RedCircle Global Inc. as platform for global-scale expansion

MANILA, Philippines — Red Circle Global has formally incorporated RedCircle Global Inc., marking a decisive transition toward full regulatory alignment, governance maturity, and investor readiness. The move positions the company for institutional capital, large-scale contracts, and cross-border expansion as it evolves from a founder-led operation into a structured, globally credible enterprise.

Founded in 2018 under the trade name “Two Commas IT Solutions,” the company has built a strong ex*****on track record, delivering end-to-end automation systems to more than 50 educational institutions across the Philippines. Its ownership-based model — enabling clients to treat systems as capital assets rather than recurring expenses — has differentiated it within a subscription-heavy market and strengthened its long-term value proposition.

With the new corporate vehicle in place, Edwardo Miguel G. Roldan will assume the role of President and Chief Executive Officer, leading the company’s transition into an institution-ready organization built on transparency, compliance, and scalable operations. Ongoing local government unit (LGU) registrations and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) compliance processes are being undertaken in coordination with its compliance advisor, Caparros and Cendaña Co. - www.ccc.net.ph, as part of its commitment to full regulatory integrity.

RedCircle Global Inc. is targeting a full commercial launch in the third quarter of 2026, entering this next phase with a clear mandate: to operate at a standard expected by institutional partners and global markets. The company acknowledges the trust of its clients and stakeholders who have supported its journey, and moves forward with conviction — building not just for scale, but for lasting impact.

Fuel is now ₱100/L. Your school system matters more than ever.

Dear School Owners and Administrators,

Fuel is now at ₱100 per liter.

This is no longer a temporary increase.
This is the environment we are operating in.

And schools are among the most affected.

Where the cost quietly increases

You may not notice it immediately, but it’s already happening:

🚩 staff going back and forth for simple tasks
🚩 parents needing to physically visit for enrollment and payments
🚩 manual processing slowing everything down
🚩 multiple trips just to complete one transaction

Every step that requires movement now has a cost attached to it.

And that cost is rising.

The real issue is not fuel

Fuel is just revealing something deeper.

Many school systems today are still:

🚩 manual
🚩 fragmented
🚩 dependent on physical presence
🚩 repetitive in nature

When fuel was cheap, this was manageable.

At ₱100/L, it becomes expensive.

What progressive schools are doing

Forward-thinking institutions are starting to:

🚀 reduce physical dependency
🚀 automate enrollment and records
🚀 centralize accounting and reporting
🚀 minimize unnecessary movement

Not to be “high-tech”

But to stay efficient.

A simple shift in mindset

This is no longer about convenience.

This is about cost control.

Every unnecessary process:

🚫 consumes time
🚫 consumes manpower
🚫 now directly consumes money

A quiet opportunity.

Some schools will wait.

Others will adjust early and gain an advantage:

✅️ faster operations
✅️ better parent experience
✅️ lower operational friction
✅️ stronger long-term positioning

If this resonates with you

We’ve been helping schools transition into more efficient systems through a one-time implementation model.

No recurring fees.
No long-term lock-in.
Just a fully working system designed to reduce operational friction.

If you’re exploring ways to make your school more efficient in this new environment,

we can walk you through it.

You can book a short Zoom session by emailing us at [email protected]

No pressure. Just a conversation.

Fuel prices may not go back.

But your operational efficiency is something you can control.

The question is not if change will happen.

It’s whether your school will lead it or react to it.

Dear School Owner,

This is no longer a projection.

In Baguio City today, fuel prices have already reached:

₱150 per liter for diesel
₱120 per liter for unleaded

And historically, what happens in Baguio often signals what’s coming next in Metro Manila.

The question is not if fuel prices will rise further.

The question is—how exposed is your school when they do?

As fuel prices increase, so do your operating costs:

❌️Staff transportation becomes more expensive
❌️ Supplier and logistics costs rise
❌️ Electricity costs begin to follow
❌️ Daily operations become harder to sustain

Most schools respond by increasing tuition.

But that comes with a risk—losing students.

The real issue is not fuel.

It’s inefficiency.

If your school still relies on:

❌️ Manual enrollment
❌️Paper-based records
❌️ Physical billing and collections
❌️ Redundant administrative work

Then you are spending more than necessary—every single day.

This is exactly why we built the Red Circle Global School Automation System.

Not for convenience—but for long-term efficiency and sustainability.

✅️ One-time investment: Starts at ₱878,000 only.
✅️ No monthly fees
✅️ No per-user charges
✅️ Full ownership of your system

This means your costs do not increase as your operations grow.

With automation, your school can:

✅️ Digitize enrollment and reduce physical workload
✅️ Automate billing and collections
✅️ Centralize student records securely
✅️ Streamline HR and payroll
✅️ Generate reports instantly

Less movement. Less friction. Less cost.

You cannot control fuel prices.

But you can control how your school operates.

Fuel at ₱150 per liter is already happening today.

₱300 per liter is no longer impossible.

The question is simple:

Is your school built for what’s coming?

If you are open to a quick discussion, we can walk you through how schools are transitioning to a more efficient, future-ready system.

We are happy to schedule a short Zoom session at your convenience.

Red Circle Global joins PGCA Cavite’s 10th Provincial Assembly as Gold Sponsor, advancing school automation in the region

Cavite, Philippines — Red Circle Global, a leading education technology and systems integration firm, participated as a Gold Sponsor in the 10th Provincial Assembly of the Private Guidance Counselors Association of Cavite, held at the Conference Center of Philippine Christian University Cavite.

The two-day assembly gathered guidance counselors, educators, and academic leaders from across Cavite, reinforcing the importance of collaboration, innovation, and student-centered systems in today’s evolving education landscape. Through workshops, professional sessions, and shared learning, the event positioned itself as a key platform for strengthening institutional capabilities in the province.

As a Gold Sponsor, Red Circle Global showcased its end-to-end school automation solutions, designed to streamline administrative processes, improve visibility of operations, and support schools in making better, data-driven decisions. The company continues to position itself not just as a technology provider, but as a strategic partner for institutions aiming to scale efficiently while maintaining quality education delivery.

“Our goal is simple — remove operational friction so schools can focus on growth and student outcomes,” said Edwardo Miguel G. Roldan, Founder of Red Circle Global. “When systems work seamlessly, institutions gain the confidence to expand, innovate, and serve better.”

The event welcomed both registered and walk-in participants, with structured sessions starting early in the day and continuing into specialized workshops. Participants were encouraged to complete pre-session assessments and practice sustainability initiatives such as CLAYGO, reflecting a culture of discipline and shared responsibility among educators.

Red Circle Global continues to expand its presence across the Philippines, working with forward-looking schools that recognize technology as a key driver of operational excellence and long-term sustainability.

Red Circle Global Explores Partnership Opportunities with Coins.ph to Unlock Value Across 50 Million Users

Manila, Philippines — Red Circle Global is stepping deeper into the fintech conversation.

The Philippine-based technology and consulting firm recently met with Coins.ph, one of the country’s largest and most established digital financial platforms, in what both sides describe as an exploratory but forward-looking discussion around unlocking new opportunities within the digital economy.

Present at the meeting were Paolo Cabuslay of Coins.ph and Edwardo Miguel G. Roldan, Founder of Red Circle Global and a Certified Management Consultant. While no formal partnership has been announced, the tone of the discussion signals growing interest in bridging platform scale with ex*****on-driven strategy.

Coins.ph, which has amassed more than 50 million registered users, has long been a dominant force in driving crypto adoption, digital payments, and financial access in the Philippines. Its reach puts it in a unique position: not just as a wallet, but as a gateway to a broader digital ecosystem.

For Red Circle Global, the engagement reflects a natural evolution. Known for its work in education technology and systems integration, the firm has been quietly expanding into advisory roles that focus on scaling platforms, building distribution networks, and turning user bases into monetizable ecosystems.

Roldan sees this as a structural opportunity rather than a transactional one.

“When you’re operating at the scale of Coins.ph, the conversation shifts,” he said. “It’s no longer about acquiring users — it’s about activating them, building ecosystems around them, and unlocking value in ways that are both commercially viable and inclusive.”

The Philippines remains one of Southeast Asia’s most dynamic fintech markets, driven by high mobile pe*******on, a large unbanked population, and increasing openness to digital financial services. Platforms like Coins.ph have already laid the infrastructure. The next phase, increasingly, is about maximizing that foundation.

While discussions remain exploratory, the meeting underscores a broader trend: the convergence of technology platforms and ex*****on-focused advisory firms aiming to shape the next layer of growth in emerging markets.

If anything, this signals where the real opportunity lies — not in building new platforms, but in unlocking the full potential of the ones that already exist.

[ A LETTER FROM OUR FOUNDER ]

FUEL PRICES ARE RISING AGAIN, NO END IN SIGHT

With conflicts happening in different parts of the world, oil markets react quickly. And eventually the effect reaches the same place for all of us: the gas station.

Earlier today I checked my vehicle dashboard and saw something interesting data.

935 km range.
38 percent battery.
99 percent fuel.

Technology is quietly changing mobility.

For someone who regularly travels to meet schools and partners across different cities, efficiency matters. Transportation costs affect operations more than most people realize.

What I find fascinating is how the same shift is happening inside organizations.

The institutions that adopt smarter systems early tend to operate better with updated and real-time data. They manage resources more efficiently and adapt faster when conditions change.

This is exactly what we see with the schools and organizations we work with at Red Circle Global.

When systems become integrated and processes become digital, operations simply become smoother.

Sometimes innovation is not about chasing trends.

It is about preparing for a future that is already arriving.

[ A LETTER FROM OUR FOUNDER ]

🇵🇭 WE ARE ALWAYS PROUD OF OUR "HARVEST" AT RED CIRCLE GLOBAL 🚀

Recently I came across a photo from Japan that made me pause.

In some local markets, farmers place photos of themselves beside the vegetables and fruits they sell.

At first it may seem unusual. But the message behind it is powerful.

The farmer is essentially saying something very simple. I grew this. I stand behind this.

It is a quiet expression of pride, responsibility, and craftsmanship. The person who planted, nurtured, and harvested the produce is willing to show their face next to it.

There is no hiding behind a brand or a label. There is ownership.

In many ways, that is how I think about the work we do at Red Circle Global.

If you follow my posts, you will notice that I often share updates about our projects, client partnerships, and team milestones. Sometimes they are big wins. Sometimes they are small steps forward.

I DO THIS INTENTIONALLY.

Because every milestone represents the effort of people who chose to believe in what we are building.

At Red Circle Global, we take pride in our team, our culture, and the solutions we create. From school automation systems to digital transformation projects, every deployment reflects the hard work of engineers, developers, project managers, and partners who care deeply about doing things properly.

We may not always be the biggest company in the room, but we believe in building solutions that genuinely help institutions move forward.

And when progress happens, we believe it is worth acknowledging.

Entrepreneurship often focuses on the founder, but real progress is almost always the result of a team working together behind the scenes.

So when you see me sharing about Red Circle Global, think of it like those farmers in Japan.

WE ARE PROUD OF OUR HARVEST.

Grateful for the people who made it possible.

And willing to stand behind what we produce.

If you are curious about the work we are doing in education technology and digital transformation for schools, I am always open to meaningful conversations.
