Are you organized, proactive, and great at keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a highly motivated Executive Assistant who can stay on top of priorities, manage executive tasks, and make every workday more efficient!
What You Will Do :
✅Manage leadership’s calendars, schedules, meetings, inboxes, and email correspondence to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
✅Assist with daily priorities, monitor task progress, follow up on pending items, and provide general administrative support to leadership.
✅Manage Facebook, Instagram, and particularly LinkedIn to increase engagement, strengthen online presence, and attract potential clients.
✅Maintain confidential employee files, organize documents, monitor pending tasks, and ensure proper recordkeeping.
✅Handle calls, respond to inquiries, and coordinate follow-ups with clients and service providers on behalf of leadership.
✅Arrange flights, coordinate travel itineraries, and manage other travel-related logistics as needed.
✅Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Forms, and OneDrive for documentation, communication, collaboration, and administrative tasks.
✅Post job openings, coordinate interview schedules, and collaborate with HR and Recruitment teams to facilitate the hiring process.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Strong organizational and time-management abilities
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
✅ Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
✅ Able to work independently and meet deadlines
