About Us:

We are a fast-growing real estate team looking to expand our client base. We believe in providing top-notch service to our clients, and we need a dedicated cold caller to help us generate leads, set appointments, and drive growth.

Job Description:

As a Real Estate Cold Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential sellers and buyers, introducing them to our real estate services, and setting up appointments for our agents. You will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships, helping us achieve our sales goals.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound cold calls to leads (scripts provided)
- Qualify leads and set up appointments for agents
- Update CRM with lead details and follow-up notes
- Maintain accurate records of calls and responses
- Report on daily/weekly activity and results
- Follow up with leads and prospects as needed
- Provide excellent customer service on every call

Requirements:

✅Proven experience in cold calling, sales, or telemarketing (real estate experience a plus)
✅Strong communication and negotiation skills
✅Ability to handle objections and stay motivated
✅Comfortable with technology (CRM software, Google Suite, etc.)
✅Self-starter with excellent time management skills
✅Fluent in English (additional language skills a plus)
✅Positive attitude and strong work ethic
✅Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
